Terms of Service

By registering, accessing, or using TradingBook (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity or trading fund, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using TradingBook.

No Financial Advice: Content published on TradingBook—including post setups, chart analyses, profit/loss displays, sentiment metrics, and community group messages—does NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Independent Trading Decisions: You acknowledge that any trading setup or idea you execute on external exchanges, brokers, or platforms is done solely at your own risk. TradingBook and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or trading losses incurred.

Hypothetical Performance: Historical trading records, win-rate indicators, or strategy backtests displayed on user profiles do not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Account Privacy Settings: Users may toggle their profile privacy to Private Mode in Account Settings. In Private Mode, non-followers cannot inspect your historical posts or activity logs.

Search Engine Visibility: Public profiles and Public posts can be found through search engines and AI assistants. You may turn on "Hide from search engines" in Account Settings to ask them not to list your profile and your posts. This is a request those services are expected to honor, not a guarantee: results already listed can take several weeks to disappear, and the setting does not restrict who can view your content on the Platform.

TradingBook fosters an open and honest trading environment. When interacting, posting setups, or managing channels, you agree NOT to:

• Promote pump-and-dump schemes, deceptive trading bots, or unverified high-yield investment programs (HYIPs).
• Post false or misleading information regarding asset prices or fake order executions.
• Harass, insult, or defame other traders, moderators, or community members.
• Distribute malicious software, phishing links, or unauthorized promotional spam.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the trading charts, setups, and comments you publish on TradingBook. By posting content, you grant TradingBook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format your content across the Platform.

Public Content: Content you publish as Public is visible to anyone on the internet, including people without an account. You understand that TradingBook makes Public content available to search engines and to AI assistants and their crawlers, which may index, quote, or summarize it with a link to the original post. Content in private groups, followers-only posts, and private posts is not made available to them.

Platform IP: The TradingBook brand, code, trade components, UI design, software trademarks, and logo belong exclusively to TradingBook.

TradingBook reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor, review, reject, or remove any content or post that violates community safety policies. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities or repeated terms violations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TradingBook AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CAPITAL, OR GOODWILL RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
